A complaint has been made about a footpath that crosses the push and pull, Emerson Park railway line.
Footpath 138 is the most popular crossing of the line that does not use a bridge, and is used by students and residents, but it’s unpaved and surrounded by plants, meaning it can often overgrow when it is not cared for and it’s often muddy
@javelinsam commented about the issues on twitter
@JuliaLopezMP @LBofHavering this is the state of the footpath that hundreds of people daily NEED to use to get their kids to school, get busses into romford or hornchurch. Would you be happy to use it? @AndrewRosindell pic.twitter.com/Fw5QMRrHGd

I wrote to you @JuliaLopezMP in 2019 about a disgraceful footpath that hundreds of people have to use every day. I was promised by @LBofHavering that this would be sorted out in October 2020. The path has now become almost impassible. This is unacceptable.

Havering have been quick to respond, asking for information about the location, but previously they have responded and failed to fix this issue
Hi, please could you tell us the location of the footpath and if you also have a reference number from the team you reported it to. It will help us to seek a response.
