A video has appeared on YouTube that appears to show a van driver running over and then physically assaulting a cyclist
The video seems to have been taken on the cyclist’s helmet camera in May last year (2014)

The cyclist is recorded yelling at the driver ‘Get of the phone, you Muppet!”, where the driver appears to run the cycling down and then get out and attack him. The whole incident took place on the bridge next to Emerson Park Station. The van driver has since handed himself into the police, the cyclist has yet to be identified
