Residents across the borough are invited to gather at Remembrance services this month to honour those who have served our country.
A service for Armistice Day will take place on Friday 11 November, with Remembrance events being held throughout the borough on Sunday 13 November.
Mayor of Havering, Councillor Trevor McKeever, Mayor of Havering, said:
“We welcome everyone to come together and mark Armistice Day and Remembrance Sunday once again in Havering.
“It gives the borough a chance to remember our servicemen and women from Britain and the Commonwealth, who gave so much in order to keep us safe.
“We are proud to stand as a community to mark this significant occasion each November which highlights the sacrifices of our Armed Forces and their continued bravery.”
