Just a heads up for anyone interested in vintage buses. Ensign Buses are again having a Running Day on Saturday 3rd December 2022, the number X54 route will once again be running between the RAF Hornchurch Heritage Centre, Purfleet Heritage Centre and Lakeside.
For those wanting to come and have a look in the RAF Hornchurch Heritage Centre can do so before re-boarding the bus. We also have a tearoom with takeaway refreshments and food available.
Prices for riding the buses does not include entry into the RAF Hornchurch Heritage Centre
Please be aware that if you are only intending to use the tearoom to purchase food or drink there is no charge into that part of the centre.
