Honoured by The Forestry Commission and the Mayor of London at the 2022 London Tree and Woodland Awards, The Memorial Woodland was officially opened on the 23rd March 2022 in Hornchurch Country Park.
During the project Over 4,000 trees were planted
- Trees were planted at Hornchurch Country Park in Havering, London
- Thames Chase Conservation Volunteers worked alongside the Friends of Hornchurch Country Park and Ingrebourne Valley to achieve a lasting memorial
