Havering Council has released a commemorative film, highlighting all of the wonderful celebrations that took place across the borough, in honour of Her Majesty, the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.
The film has been produced by Havering Council and Wates Residential 12 Estates Joint Venture, with the help of young people from the borough and supported by Mediorite, an award-winning production company, as part of our social value commitment to our borough; bringing wider benefits to Havering residents through our regeneration schemes.
